No cookies, no audience measurement, no resource loaded from a third party. The host, GitHub, logs the IP address of every visitor for the security of its service, as its documentation states; that processing falls under its own privacy statement.
Three cookies, all required for it to work: the sign-in session, the chosen language (kept for one year) and a one-time information message. What you enter is visible to other visitors and erased at the reset, every two hours: do not put any real data in it. The server, located in Germany, keeps a technical log of requests (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to detect abuse; the log is size-bounded and erased by automatic rotation.
Your message is used only to reply to you. It is passed on to no one.
